The skillet has been stripped and seasoned multiple times. No cracks or issues. Some marks and blemishes as expected with a nearly 100 year old piece. Some light pitting on the outside. Inside is beautiful and silky smooth. Check out photos and ask any questions. As this is has been only seasoned a few times and not used to cook the color is closer to dark brown than black. Photos taken in daylight to show any discoloration and marks. This item was stripped down to bare metal using collector approved lye bath and electrolysis treatments. This process ensures the removal of all residue from previous use making it safe to use once more. The item is lightly seasoned with 4 rounds of crisco at 450 for 1 hour.
