What an awesome piece! The eyes open and close as you move the dagger in or out. Works perfectly and looks super cool. It is heavy and the skull stands about 6″ tall or 10″ tall with the dagger Installed. This is the large version. It weighs over 7 pounds! Some others are quite a bit smaller.
