This is a rare find. It is believed to have been mounted in/on a bank, since this is a large coin advertisement. There are 2 mount holes on each side. 19th century cast iron bust portrait plaque of George Washington. A superb and very rare piece. The plaque is in its original state, never painted. The plaque which is 21 in diameter without the wood backing. Thick and very heavy. Comes from a pet and smoke free home.
