I guess you put your whole boot in the loop. I’ve never seen one like this it came from Australia. I really don’t know anything about it but I have seen a few others in the 20-some years I’ve owned it. It’s in very good condition and has a rusty patina overall but is very solid, not crumbly or compromised. Looks like it may have hung in a barn for many years. No cracks or breaks. 20 long, Loop is 6+ inches wide at the widest. Front tip is 4 3/4 from the ground. 4 wide at legs. Loop opening is 4 1/2″ w x 8 3/4″ long.
