Le Creuset #24 Light Blue Enameled Cast Iron large Dutch Oven France 4.5 Quart. Very good used condition. There are a couple of small scratches or glaze flaws toward the bottom. Inside is a little dark. I haven’t tried to Bon Ami it out yet but may in the next couple of days if I get time. I don’t know what this color is called. It looks a bit like wedgewood blue to me.

Vintage Red Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron #40 Oval Dutch Oven Large 15.5 Quarts
Up for sale is a vintage Le Creuset cherry red #40 oval Dutch oven. The height is 6¾” without the lid and 8¾” with the lid. The lid measure 12¾” at the narrowest point and 16¼” at the longest point. Including the handles, the overall length is 19 ¼. This is a massive Dutch oven and we only used it on a few occasions over the years when it was essential to have a pot this large. Empty, it weighs around 24 pounds and when it was filled for braising a large amount of meat and liquid, I’m guessing the weight increased to over 60 pounds. The other consideration to think about is your oven rack. We have a Blue Star oven which is a commercial oven scaled down in size for residential use. The racks on our Blue Star oven are more industrial than most residential ovens, so the weight was never an issue. Considering the age of this Dutch oven, it is in remarkably good condition. There are some blemishes on the lid and some minor discoloration on the. Interior, which is to be expected. There are no chips or significant scratches anywhere. Even the bottom is in good condition with minimal scraping of the. If you need a large Dutch oven, it doesn’t get any bigger than this.
